Ernest is the strategic engine of Clean Cleanse Sanitize, LLC—an entrepreneur with both the academic grounding and global perspective to guide a company toward long-term scale and sustainability. He holds an MBA from the State University of New York, Empire State University, where he focused on management systems, financial modeling, and the mechanics of building organizations that last.
His passion for learning, innovation, and operational excellence drives the company’s approach to business development. Ernest has traveled extensively to countries such as Japan and Spain, absorbing global standards of efficiency, cleanliness, discipline, and customer experience. These experiences inform the elevated structure of Clean Cleanse Sanitize and the premium quality of service we deliver.
Outside of business, Ernest’s creative side keeps him grounded. A lifelong reader of Marvel and DC comics, he brings imagination, problem-solving, and narrative thinking into how he designs client experiences and builds teams. He understands how systems work, how people respond, and how great organizations scale.
At Clean Cleanse Sanitize, Ernest oversees strategic planning, financial operations, contracts, workflow architecture, and long-range sustainability. His vision bridges structure with creativity, ensuring the company grows with intention and delivers service that clients trust.

Paul Michael brings a rare blend of technical precision, culinary artistry, and real-world operational experience to Clean Cleanse Sanitize, LLC. A New York City native with deep roots in community and craft, he studied culinary arts at the well-known culinary academy in Union Square on 14th Street—an environment that honed his discipline, attention to detail, and mastery of preparation.
Paul’s abilities extend far beyond the kitchen. He is an avid builder and collector of remote-control motor cars, a passion that showcases his engineering mindset, patience, and ability to refine systems until they function flawlessly. That same commitment to craftsmanship appears in his work with our company every day.
Professionally, Paul has served as an invaluable consultant for World Class Security Services in New York, contributing insight on logistics, workflow, quality control, and client readiness. Across all areas—cooking, engineering, security operations, and now commercial cleaning—he brings a problem-solver’s mentality and an instinct for excellence.
